The pool area is fantastic and very child-friendly, with a well-maintained petting zoo that kept our little one entertained for hours.
Unfortunately, the restaurant lacked sufficient staff during peak hours, which led to delays in service and a few missed meal items.

Spa procedures, good dinner, entartainment and animation
the position of hotel near marine port and bad entrance in the sea. We have to go an another beach for 5 minutes.

Good service, parking at the back. Extremely pleasant room with balcony, bath and a large bathroom.

I was almost ready to write a glowing review until i encountered the ants joyfully parading to the dining area, clearly not concerned for guest comfort. The fact that i paid extra for a so-called sea view only to gaze at a trashy housing complex was, frankly, ridiculous. A drink at the bar should've been complimentary too-what a missed opportunity!

The rooms are decent size here with bath, a balcony, for instance. It offers stunning and perfect location very close to a supermarket and coffee shop, a local restaurant, and is otherwise beautiful views across the bay especially at sunset. You will be about a 5-minute drive from Sant'andrea.

The swimmingpool, the spa facilities, the location and outlook of the hotel. And that the rooms were very clean.

The pool area was a hit with the kiddos, and let me tell you, the selection of fresh fruit at breakfast was pure bliss! The view from our Double or Twin Room with Sea View? Worth every penny!

Very pleasant hotel to stay in in terms of look, facilities etc
The quality of the staff was variable from very good (Francesca) to the restaurant staff (one good, the others pretty off-hand)

We stayed at this hotel for 18 nights, and liked the food some of the time however they found frying chips to be a problem, but their local cuisine and traditional dishes were great!
There are many things we did not like, which include, a. Luggage was not taken care of checking in or out b. Apart from reception staff not friendly c. At weekends outsiders were allowed to reside taking up the restaurant seating and the pool chairs, we were long term residents occupying two rooms spending 12000 euros and had no seats at the restaurant or the pool d. The rooms were not made up every day e. We were disapointes with rooms and comfort we felt it was too expensive and very poor value for money I deal for backpackers and worth 30 percent of what we paid f. When we checked in we learnt that full board did not mean you could have a glass of water with your meal you had to purchase a charge card for drinks which in the end cost us

The evening entertainment was quite engaging, especially the dynamic performances that entertained guests of all ages. I appreciated the efficient electronic bracelet payment system, making transactions seamless around the pool area.

Pool/beach attractive
Rooms very poor. Lunch at bar very poor - in fact disgusting and could not believe we were in Italy, the land of the pizza!! Definitely not a 4* hotel. In the middle of nowhere with no restaurants in the vacinity. Had to go to Cagliari to find good cuisine. Italian family resort with continuous very loud activity schedule utilising high powered speakers to create very loud music and speaking. Not a place to relax.

We loved the fine pool and the fun daily activities, perfect for our kids! The thalasso therapy spa was an unexpected delight, and the staff, especially Giovanni, were accommodating. The family-friendly vibe.
My wife feels that the breakfast options could have been better for families.
